All purpose shortening              5

Mix one minute on 1st speed then two minutes on 3rd speed

Whole eggs                                  2            4

Baking Soda                                  2

Dissolve soda in water, add eggs and water, scrap down and mix for two minutes on 3rd speed

Pastry flour                                   12

Chocolate chips                          8

Add flour and scrape down mix for one minute in 2nd speed then add chips and just mix to incorporate
