Pastry flour                                         5

All purpose shortening                    2              8

Powdered sugar                               1             4

Salt                                                                      1

Whole eggs                                       1            10

Mix sugar, salt, shortening and half the flour for one minute on 1st speed then one minute on 2nd speed. Add eggs and scrape down the mix for one minute on 1st speed and one minute on 2nd gear. Add the rest of the flour and just incorporate. (Do not over mix.)
