Pumpkin Pie (George’s Cream Cheese Layer)

Granulated Sugar                             2

Brown Sugar                                      1

Salt                                                                       1

Cinnamon                                                         3/4

Ginger                                                                1/4

Cloves                                                                1/4

Mace                                                                   1/4

Shell eggs                                          1              9

Evap. Milk                                            2              6

Milk                                                       3

Pumpkin                                            #10 Can (1)

Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl whisk eggs together lightly then add to dry bowl and incorporate. Now add pumpkin and mix well, add milk slowly till fully incorporated.

  • 20 qt mixer and paddle
